I am currently studying for my PGCE Post Compulsory Education and Training at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. I have a BA (Hons) in English, Theatre, Film and Television and an MA in Creative and Media Writing. I also have a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training. Through my job as Community Engagement Officer for UWTSD I regularly deliver workshops with a creative focus to a diverse range of groups and I lecture regularly at UWTSD on several degrees including Education, Photojournalism and Documentary and Applied Drama. I was also a community arts teacher for 16 years and taught people from the age of three to eighty. I am a dedicated teacher who is invested in students and who likes to make a difference in people's educational journey. I like to create diverse and dynamic lessons and make the learning experience as engaging as possible. I teach lifelong learning and then at a further and higher education level.
