My name is Erik, I am a recent graduate of the University of South Florida in Exercise Science. I pride myself on giving each and every client the best programs and service possible. I look forward to working with you and helping you become the best version of yourself.

I have dozens of hours in physical therapy clinics and years of experience in fitness centers with clients of all ages and goals. I am very up to date and use the newest research and forms of therapy and training to optimize results. I am very quick to respond and adapt to your needs and goals.
