About Linda
I have been a master of contemporary dance and contact improvisation for 6 years.I trained in London, Ater Ballet and I.D.A. I am certified as a teacher and dance educator. I trained in London, Ater Ballet and I.D.A. I also teach STRONG Nation, HIIT cardio training to the rhythm of music.

I studied and teach CONTEMPORARY DANCE (release, floorwork, flying low and experiential anatomy) and CONTACT IMPROVISATION. I pay a lot of attention to structural alignment and muscle strengthening, spacial use and the personal research for a language of those who take lessons with me. I also run workshops for non-dancers and disabled (autism).
