About Viqui

I have been teaching for 10 years, I have had several groups of students of different levels and ages, from children to adults, with and without prior knowledge. It is always very gratifying to see the progress of students from the small guidelines and corrections that can lead to big changes.

About the lesson

As a dance teacher I always emphasize body posture and knowledge of our being and its organicity for a more fluid and comfortable movement with ourselves.
In the class we work from conscious breathing to find our axis, balance, strengthening and lengthening the muscles.
