About Anastasia

I am working as a sports coach and pole dance coach for 5 years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.

About the lesson

My goal is to motivate people to do sports, so that you love your body and the training process. Regardless of training level, at any time I will help you exercise all muscle groups online. It is much more suitable since you can exercise in the comfort of your home.

Training is not a boring routine. But on the contrary, it is a process to achieve your goals, where it is essential to seek inspiration for self-realization in all areas of activity, this is the way to improve your body and your mind.
