About Natalia Tamara

I am a physical trainer with a long and rich experience in giving group and individual classes in gyms and also in a private way. 5 years ago I give classes on body expression and theater dance, both in Buenos Aires and Barcelona

About the lesson

My methodology adapts to the needs of those who take my classes. I understand the body as a personal temple and I work it consciously. I pay a lot of attention to stretching and relaxation, after having achieved a good training climax
