In class we will learn techniques, stamina, and performance qualities needed to grow your artistry and get you closer to your dance goals.
We will do a full dance warm-up followed by dance strengthening. This will lead us to building our body strength then into center floor dance routines. Class can range from Beginner to Advanced Beginner to Advanced and Intermediate.

Im a 25 year professional with extensive experience in the arts. I have been in the Dance, Film, Tv, Theater industry for over 30 years. I have toured the world with multiple music artist and appeared in multiple films and tv shows. Ive choreographer music videos, and various artist, taught around the world and still active in the professional commercial dance industry.
