Hey, this is a little taste of what our lessons will look like! We'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, uncovering your strengths and weaknesses in the dating world. Remember, this is a safe space to be open and honest with yourself.
Step 1: Self-Reflection
1. Strength Inventory:
Write down 3-5 positive qualities you bring to a relationship (e.g., good listener, empathetic, adventurous).
Recall a past dating experience where these strengths helped you connect with someone. How did it feel?
2. Weakness Exploration:
Identify 2-3 areas you feel could improve your dating experience (e.g., communication skills, shyness, managing expectations).
