About Alex
Tutoring is something I care about. For the past five years, I have worked closely with a family in Switzerland, tutoring two boys that started at the ages of 9 and 11.
When I started, the younger brother spoke German fluently but could barely communicate in English. With patience, structured guidance, and lots of conversation practice, he is now fluent and preparing to attend university where his studies will be in English.
Their growth has strengthened my passion for tutoring because I have seen firsthand the impact it can have on a student’s future, which has motivated me to continue helping other students build confidence and develop strong academic skills.
