About Melo
I am an experienced and passionate Flute tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience, helping School students, College students, and working professionals develop their flute skills step by step. My teaching approach is clear, disciplined, and student-friendly, focusing on proper breathing, posture alignment, finger movement, tone development, rhythm accuracy, and musical expression.
I ensure that each lesson is fully understood before moving ahead. Along with flute lessons, I teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, scale practice, ear training, and performance preparation to support overall musical growth. I also assist students with exam preparation. My aim is to create a positive learning experience that builds confidence and long-term musical interest.

My flute teaching methodology focuses on communication, creativity, and flexibility to create a positive and effective learning environment. I explain flute techniques in simple language and provide demonstrations so students can understand and practise correctly. I encourage open communication, allowing students to ask questions and share challenges freely.
Creativity is incorporated through warm-ups, rhythm exercises, tone-building activities, improvisation, and expressive music practice to keep lessons engaging. I tailor lessons to each student’s skill level, learning pace, and goals, whether preparing for exams, performances, or learning for personal enjoyment.
Flute lessons cover breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, finger coordination, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading. Alongside flute, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, note reading, rhythm training, ear training, and performance preparation to help students become confident, well-rounded musicians.
