About Brodie

I am a dedicated French tutor with 8 years of experience teaching High School and College students, and I have successfully taught around 150 to 200 students. My teaching philosophy is to combine understanding with practical application so that students can use the language confidently.

I believe that learning should be interactive and enjoyable, so I include discussions, examples, and activities in my sessions. I focus on improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills equally. I also support students in exam preparation and help them achieve better academic results.

One of my key achievements is helping students who once lacked confidence become comfortable and successful learners. I aim to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where every student can grow.

About the lesson

My methodology for teaching French focuses on making learning simple, structured, and effective. I use real-life examples and case studies to break down concepts into easy and understandable parts, helping students see how the language is used in daily life. This approach improves both understanding and retention.

I maintain flexibility by designing lessons according to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals, ensuring a personalised and comfortable learning experience. I promote collaboration by encouraging students to actively participate in discussions, speaking practice, and interactive activities that build confidence and communication skills.

I also follow a compassionate teaching approach, creating a positive and motivating environment where students feel supported. In addition to French, I also teach grammar fundamentals, vocabulary development, pronunciation, listening skills, reading comprehension, and writing skills. I also introduce cultural elements to help students understand the language more deeply and use it effectively.
