About Gianna
I hold a Master’s Degree in French Linguistics and have 8 years of teaching experience supporting students from different backgrounds. My academic training gave me a deep understanding of grammar structure, phonetics, and language development. Over the years, I have worked with beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students preparing for exams or relocation. My approach is calm, supportive, and organized. I believe language learning becomes successful when students feel safe to make mistakes and grow from them.
Throughout my career, I have developed structured lesson plans that balance grammar, conversation, listening, and writing. I enjoy helping learners build strong foundations before moving into more complex ideas. My teaching style focuses on clarity, repetition, and gradual progress. Learning French should feel structured, clear, and encouraging from the very first lesson. In my classes, I focus on strong grammar foundations, careful verb conjugation practice, and simple sentence construction that gradually becomes more expressive. Each concept is broken into small, manageable steps so students never feel overwhelmed. We practice pronunciation slowly and correctly, building confidence through repetition and guided correction. Listening exercises, short dialogues, and reading passages help students connect grammar to real communication. I also include vocabulary drills that are practical and useful in daily life.
As students progress, lessons expand into real-life conversations, travel preparation, and cultural understanding. We work on forming questions naturally, responding quickly, and using correct sentence structure without hesitation. I introduce idiomatic expressions and common spoken phrases to make speech sound natural. Writing practice is included to strengthen accuracy and clarity.
