About Sree
As a recent MA Journalism graduate from the University of Derby, I firmly believe that the power and influence of media are exponential. It is quite essentially the north star of society, telling us where we are headed. Media consumption among Gen Z and Gen Alphas will play a key role in shaping the world’s future. I would like to play a part in ensuring that our future adults understand media well enough to make proper decisions. A key reason why one-on-one tutoring is essential is because every student is different and equally special, and each has their own learning curve. As a tutor, I believe not all learning strategies are equally effective for all students. Teaching is most effective when it’s tailor-made. I want to make sure no student is left behind in the academic journey due to not having custom-made lessons. With a passion for media studies, society, and teaching, I want to make a positive impact on the lives of our future.

My teaching style is all about tailoring the sessions according to the student’s strengths, challenges, and academic goals. Each session would be an hour long and would involve lots of real-life examples. The sessions will be planned keeping in mind the student’s areas of interest and learning arc. One-on-one tutoring is not a one-size-fits-all. Hence, I will ensure that the sessions help the student make full use of their strengths and use their curiosity as the biggest weapon in their academic journey. The lessons are for all students from KS3 to A levels and generally for all students from age 11 and above.
