About Robert

Even though I’m young, I take teaching seriously. I’m patient, organised, and always prepared for lessons. I enjoy helping beginners take their first steps with the piano, and I know what it feels like to learn from scratch. I work well with children and teens, and I’m also happy to teach adults who are starting out. I’m committed to helping every student gain confidence and enjoy making music.

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Robert! I’m a 15-year-old dedicated young pianist currently working towards my Grade 7/8 exams, and I love helping beginners discover the joy of playing the piano. My lessons are friendly, patient, and personalised to each student, whether you're completely new to the instrument or already know the basics. I teach using a step-by-step approach that focuses on building strong foundations, reading music, rhythm, and musical expression. I also adapt my teaching style depending on how each student learns best, making lessons fun, encouraging, and confidence-boosting. A typical lesson lasts 25 to 45 minutes, depending on the student’s age and focus level. Lessons can include warm-ups, scales, pieces you’d like to learn. My lessons are perfect for beginners and early-intermediate players of any age- children, teens, or adults- who want to start learning piano or improve their current skills. I’m enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated about sharing what I’ve learnt so far in my own musical journey. My goal is to help each student progress steadily while enjoying the process of making music.
