About Henry
I’m someone who’s spent years in the gym learning through experience, consistency, and trial and error. I know what it’s like to start out unsure, want more confidence, and try to improve both physically and mentally. My goal is to help students understand training in a simple, realistic way without overcomplicating things. I want to teach people how to build better habits, gain confidence in the gym, and make real progress step by step while actually enjoying the process.
