About Shouvik
I am a yoga instructor and meditation instructor, certified to better your life with the magic of what can be done with your body and mind. I used to be a struggling addict and would use substances or alcohol to cope with my life's struggles, but when I had found meditation, and breathwork, the combination of that with walking and stretching, I was able to unlock the subtle parts of my body that could give me control over my faculties, and keep me optimistic about my potential! I could re-strengthen my foundation and live the way I wanted to afterwards!

I have been meditating for almost ten years now, and what I will do is help you gain back your power internally in your life through controlling your mind and breathe.
I help those who are going through substance abuse, or stress from their work, or relationships.
This is for anyone that no longer wants to escape their life through unhealthy means, and wants to use their own body and mind to revitalize their health and power!

Deadly! Shouvik has been a wonderful meditation coach! My life has transformed since we started working together and I have no doubt its related to my meditation practice he has helped me cultivate. I've always done my own guided meditation sessions on YouTube and meditated in yoga class, but this is a whole other level. He's very communicative, flexible, kind and accommodating. Shouvik shares deep wisdom and truth!
