About Dan
I have trained various people, including colleagues, friends and some family, offering my life-inspired -and continued acquisition of -knowledge, my insights & experience and my dedication to their success. I walk the talk and lead by example, but if you are thinking that means being shredded and gym-rat ... no. ... my belief being that this area of life should infiltrate where ever you live or travel and I like to say that it really doesn't take much ... but it takes SomeThing. Consistency is a good word to use here but with the use of knowledge and your effort. Life is about moving. If You want change, You must change. I believe I can help. Thanks. Dan

Fitness has a larger mental component than most know. I am more of a guide than a guru, more inspiration than motivation, more about long term results than quick fix. Likely more for beginners but learning is life-long. Life is a ride so it is best to be healthy and enjoy it.
