About Aakriti
I love finding beauty in small things, writing poetry, listening to music, and staying connected to my roots in Kanpur. Teaching history and art gives me purpose—to share stories, question narratives, nurture identity, and help others see meaning, emotion, and humanity in the past. I am a curious, observant person with strong storytelling and communication skills. I want to teach history and art because they help me understand identity, question narratives, express emotion, and make the past feel alive, relatable, and meaningful to others. I want to teach because sharing knowledge gives me purpose. Teaching history and art lets me help others understand identity, think critically, feel connected to the past, and express themselves with confidence and curiosity.
