About Arjo
My leadership lessons are practical, engaging, and tailored to each student's goals. I help students develop essential leadership skills such as communication, confidence, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and public speaking through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and guided exercises.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes and is structured to encourage active participation and personal growth. My teaching approach focuses on building confidence, critical thinking, and the ability to apply leadership principles in academic, professional, and everyday situations.
I have more than 7 years of teaching experience and am currently a student in the Department of Bangla at Comilla University. My experience working with learners from different backgrounds has helped me create a supportive and motivating learning environment.

I have over 7 years of teaching experience and am a student in the Department of Bangla at Comilla University. My teaching approach emphasises active participation, critical thinking, and the application of leadership principles to everyday life, academic settings, and future careers.
