• Perform nutrition screenings of patients.

• Observe patient food intake and report progress and dietary problems to Registered Dietician.
Dietetics Food Practicum - Hawthorne Village of Brandon. Tampa, Florida
• Modify recipes along with Registered Dietitian according to the health and cultural necessities of each resident.
• Apply safety principles related to food, personnel and residents.
• Measure temperature of food and record it on a log.
• Prepare and deliver food to residents.

I've graduated from an american College from the Dietetics Technician degree. Afterwards I passed the registration examn of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Currently I am enrolled in the Nutrition program on Queen Margaret University. My goal is to provide clients with the right tools and knowledge so they can make the best decision regarding food choices; aiming to improve their health and eating habits.
