About Dan
I have been privileged enough to be able to study many different and many similar topics from multiple lenses, so to speak. With music, I participated in symphonic band all of middle and high school. I played flute and percussion. I was a member of my high school and university marching bands. The JSU marching southerners had around 600 members and has played in the NYC New Year's parade (the same one that plays on the TV in the background of the TV show Friends). I personally played at the World Peace Parade in Rome, Italy as a member of the band. I am proficient in the acting styles of Shakespeare, Stanislavski, Meisner, musicals, and theater of the absurd. I have over 10 years of creative writing experience and analytical writing experience. I love words. I love to see the clever ways people decide to use them. Be prepared for random tangents with factoids related to our topic of discussion.

Greetings! I prefer to adapt to each student’s personal learning style. Easy going, respectful, compassionate, and fun rapport and atmosphere. Encourages as many questions as one can think of. Lesson Plans: - Biweekly short essays - Weekly vocabulary quizzes - Creative papers and projects that replace one month of essays. I want to be sure people enjoy and want to learn. My minor was theater, I have paid acting experience, I play 3 instruments, and graduated magna cum laude as well as honors within my major. I have experience in various creative arts, so I can tutor in other topics as well as the one in my title.
