About Stuart
I am Stuart Morris a highly motivated teacher and pro active achievers, and I want to pass on my knowledge to you in an open, easy and professional way.
My work life has scanned over 40 years in fitness and sports management.
I have competed in marathons, triathlons and outdoor extreme events.
For the last 10 years I have been working in politics which has enhanced my ability to work under extreme pressure which I am able to translate into how keeping fit and healthy, eating well can be the remedy to outperform your competitors.
