About Bhavana
I am a professional Indian Classical dancer who started yoga to correct my dance postures, but, I realised yoga is just not about a training for the body but for the soul and I have never stopped since then. This beautiful art has travelled with me since I was 10 years old. I took it as passion and I always wanted to share my experience and learning with the world. I pursued Diploma and have been teaching number of students in India. I recently moved out of India and still my urge to teach Yoga hasn't changed and looking forward to spreading this beautiful art with all of you.

I teach Basic, Advance & Intermediate Yoga Postures & Flows reading my student's capabilities and help them engineer their mind and body to give them a soulful experience through the art of yoga. From building strength, balance, mobility to reaching inner consciousness, I give them the best experience unlike a regular class. My class will have 3 parts that is meditation, flows & relaxation. It will be a 45 minutes class per session.
I have a diploma in Yoga training.
From 6 to 60 years anybody can learn and my classes will be catered to all.
