I have worked in multiple grade levels in elementary over the last 12 years. I work hard to build relationships with my students and their families and my students work hard because of this. I recently completed my EdD and was named teacher of the year at my school this past year.

I have over 12 years of experience in the classroom working with students of all socioeconomic statuses and abilities. My students consistently show at least one year of growth (many show more than that). I believe in meeting each student where they are and building on their strengths. There is no one size fits all approach- learning must be tailored to the student and not the other way around!
