About Samantha
Hey, I’m Samantha and I’ve been on my own education journey for over 10 years now which has been grounded in my professional experiences across youth justice, youth work, social care and education sectors, I want to offer tutoring because I’m deeply passionate about using education as a tool for empowerment and social change. Critical and transformative pedagogy inspires me to create a learning environment where students can question the status quo, analyse societal issues, and develop their own voice. I believe education should be a space for self-discovery, reflection, and active engagement with the world, and I want to guide students in developing not just academic skills, but also a sense of agency to make a positive impact on issues that matter to them

In our sociology tutoring sessions, we’ll approach learning through a lens of critical and transformative pedagogy.
