Deadly! Iris is highly observant--I don't know that anything gets by her. She has a strong detail orientation, along with excellent analytic skills. Her ability to pick apart my playing (in the best way), offer suggestions, then review those suggestions with me to help integrate the suggestions in my cello skills was sincerely appreciated.
