About David
I'm a gifted teacher with great abilities to adapt to the individuals needs. Sociable and encouraging to all my students. I cover all the formal methods, styles and examination boards (example ABRSM, Trinity SM) but also have extensive knowledge in composition, recording and arranging music for television, film, theatre and radio.

I'm a drum kit, percussion and tuned percussion teacher with 25 years experience in both private and state education. I have also worked as a peripatetic teacher for the local authority. I'm use to a wide age range (5-65 years), varied abilities and am adaptable to personal areas of study and styles of music. I hold a Bachelor in Arts (hons) and have a well equipped media studio to teach in but also happy to attend peoples homes if they prefer.
