About Aifric
I love teaching and I love my native language. I studied it extensively for many years, have two English degrees and from them fell in love even more with the language. I also work as a freelance editor and proofreader and am a published and working writer with a deep and creative knowledge of the English language.
My deep understanding of all the nuances of English as a working language has made me an excellent teacher– my students always tell me they love my authentic and imaginative approach to teaching. One thing you will always have in our tutoring sessions: FUN!

I am an English tutor covering intermediate to advanced reading & comprehension, grammar and conversation classes.
My lessons are about 1 hour- 90 minutes long.
I am TEFL qualified teacher. I also have a BA in English Literature and an MA in Publishing.
With me, we will not only focus on vocabulary, understanding written pieces, and the structure of English, we will also explore cultural themes, context and overall comprehension. My approach is fun, explorative and unconventional but always structured around a weekly prescribed written piece that we will discuss during our session.
