About Jasper
I have a wealth of experience in tutoring and teaching children and young adults. My experience includes being a teacher's assistant for ages 5-8 and tutoring A-level students to their required grades in Economics. English literature, as my degree, is my obvious strength, but having done History and Economics at A level (receiving A* in all three subjects), I am able to tutor beyond this subject.

I am a firm believer in the importance of combining both a firm understanding/knowledge of academic subject matter with the ability to apply it to exams. In the current educational system, the importance of being exam-ready can not be underestimated. Therefore I follow a two-pronged approach:
1. Engage interest and a firm understanding of the subject matter.
2. Comprehension of the assessment's requirements and application of knowledge to these requirements.
