Laura taught in our ESOL programme in Paraguay for the Santa Maria Education Fund (UK reg charity) from July to September 2015 and was the best teacher anyone could possibly hope for. Intelligent, willing, happy, imaginative, flexible and hard-working.

I’ve known Laura for a number of years through university and the theatre company we run together; I’ve heard about her teaching from her current and former students. Laura isn’t only an experienced teacher; she has the intelligence and perception that make her a true natural. It’s no surprise, given her empathetic and generous nature, that she has always been popular with her students. Nor, given her academic brilliance and thorough preparation, is it a surprise that she has always achieved exceptional results in the classroom. But the one-to-one setup of personal tutoring is, I think, where you will get Laura at her very best: to be given her full attention is to feel wholly valued and understood by somebody who sparkles with wit and understanding.
