I am a student in in high school and taking college classes, I teach my younger cousins when they are in need of assistance. I use to tutor the younger kids and teach them how to read as well.

My teaching method is to take a look at the kids lesson for the day and go over the questions that they have answered to see if they're correct, if no correct answers I will guide them to the correct answer. We will then continue to go over the rest of their work to see how we can approach and complete it .
