Hello, and welcome to my page!

My name is Sam. I'm a mechanical engineer with over six years of experience in aerospace and electric vehicle design, focused on software methodologies, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, stress analysis, and physical testing.

I launched my career at Rivian, developing aerodynamics and off-road capabilities on the world’s first EV pickup truck. I was also a founding engineer at Super73, where I developed the world’s fastest charging EV motorcycle. I've participated in a $12 billion IPO, brought six vehicles to market, and specialize in cradle-to-grave design. I'm an experienced interviewer across diverse technical and product teams.

Being a creative neurodivergent, I struggled through the technical nature of engineering school, ultimately finding my niche in technical storytelling. I've guided several early career engineers through their journey of professional self-definition. My artistic bent gives me a unique perspective within engineering environments and helps me achieve intense buy-in for my technical ideas, regarless of how unconventional. I care immensely about cohesive, integrated products, and that shows in how I present myself and my work.
