About Reagan
I'm a nursery manager with a BA in Early Childhood studies, I manage a setting that has a large amount of Safeguarding and SEND. My last OFSTED Outstanding grade was in January 2020 under the current guidance.
I have a Level Certificate in Accessing Vocational assessment, with experience of assessing both Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years apprenticeships.
I have lead large training sessions as part of my job, on subjects such as The graduated response (SEND) and I am able to ensure all those within the group feel connected to the teaching.

As stated above I do have the qualifications and experience to teach both Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships.
I regularly give sessions on CPD areas to fit a weakness access by yourself or your setting or to fit in with a development plan area.
I use the teaching method of 2 way communication I encourage the student/s to engage and offer their views on the topic while presenting new information and using the most up to date available sources that meet academic standards.
