About Alicia
Hello.
I am Mexican Canadian. I migrated to Montreal, Canada, in 2001, which is why I also speak French. I took a major in Creative writing at Concordia University; I wrote a work of fiction, and I would like to continue writing for children.

My approach as a tutor is very holistic. I am an early childhood educator, creativity is the way I engage with children.
- My method is task-based learning, students solve tasks that are relevant and interesting to them. In order to solve the task, they need to use the target language they’re learning to communicate with their peers.
- A typical lesson plan would include dynamic exercises
- What sets me apart from tutors is that I have a fictional character that I act up.
- I work with little children aged 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 years old.
