About Joel
I guide my students to handle the subject and curricula by helping them understand the basics rather than just rote learning. I believe the key to solving problems, even the complex ones is the fundamentals. If one has strong foundation then he/she can solve any problem. That's what I'm more focused on. I prefer that my students learn basics more than complexities of the subjects that I teach and apply those skills in their daily routine. I believe such an approach helps the student learn the subject while not feeling coerced into force learning.

I approach the subject more commonly from a practical aspect rather than a purely theoretical one. I prefer that my students understand the fundamentals of whatever subject I teach, which I believe will be the building blocks that solve complex problems. I guide students to approach an issue with an open mind rather than a prefixed notion or method.
