I am and a adult educator at The Training Professionals, providing training for learners in mines, firms and companies who are without school leaving certificates, I teach them level one to four English and maths it's been too years so I have alot of experience.

My teaching methodology is both the top down and the bottom up approach, this depends on the knowledge the learners have, if the learners have knowledge on a particular subject I do the top down approach to meet them where they are and elaborate the topic as we break it down. When having a class that doesn't know the subject I use the bottom up approach to start from basics to the complex work.
