I then asked for help with Afrikaans and passed my matric with a good 54%. While she was tutoring me she was patient with my lack of knowledge and vocabulary in Afrikaans. She helped me grasp the concepts of verledetyd and toekemondetyd. She is well versed in Afrikaans and English is able to translate and explain most Afrikaans words.
