I have a BA in Theater from the University of MA, Boston.MA
M.ed in Elementary education with teacher certification grades 1 6. .In addition my major includes creative arts in learning,. from Lesley University, Cambridge MA.
I spent 10 years living in the US Virgin Islands.This has been an invaluable immersive cultural experience that has broadened my mind and has made me a kind, understanding and compassionate teacher who supports the educational challenge of studentd reaching their goals

My lession are creative and focused with clear educational goals for the student. Lessons usually entail a speaking, writing and reading component.. Goals include speech, oral presentation as well as conversational and academic discussions. Writing is based on sound academic principles of essay and short story composition. Reading is focused on student interest. There is a strong phonetical component to support comprehension and the joy of reading
