I’ve spent 20 years in higher education, driven by a love for teaching and instructional design. I am passionate about blending instructional design with educational technology to create engaging learning experiences. We’ll dive into "how" and "why" by playing with the latest tools together. Instead of lectures, we use curiosity-led projects and hands-on tinkering. I’ll guide your exploration, turning tech challenges into creative wins while keeping the vibe totally low-stress.
A typical lesson plan will be to first assess where you are with educational technology and develop a plan to help you reach your goals. These lessons are for students majoring in education.
There are lots of ed tech tools out there. We'll look at tools like:

Gamification Platforms (Kahoot!, Blooket, Quizizz)
LMS Navigation & Design (Canvas, Blackboard, Google Classroom)
AI in Education (ChatGPT for lesson planning, Claude for research)

Digital Storytelling (Canva, Adobe Express, Book Creator)
Assessment Tools (Formative, Mentimeter)
