I am a certified English teacher with an additional certification to work with English Language Learners. I have assisted students with test preparations as they prepare for the state exam. I also have helped students raise their reading levels through personalized tutoring.

I enjoy making learning fun and dynamic. I believe that the best way for students to get an understanding is through making connections to real life and familiar things. One tool I use is graphic organizers to help students organize new materials.
