About the lesson

Power Plant Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Network System Professional with a rich 14+ yrs of experience along with a 7 years of Training and Teaching experience to ITI/ DIPLOMA/ B.Tech / DET / GET / Plant Engineers from the branch of EE, EI, E& TC.

Training Topics covers (Industry and Engineering Collages) - Power Plant (below 100 MW) Boiler & Turbine Instrumentation, Understanding and making Instrumentation circuit, Sensor, Transducer, Erection and commissioning, SAT & FAT, Calibration, ISO competency for C & I records, TSI, Control Valves, Signature analysis of instruments. Understanding PID, Hook up, PLC/DCS logics, SLD of electrical diagrams, AC-DC Machines, Switchgears- LV & MV, Industrial Electronics, PCB fault findings, RCM, Network system & Server, Surveillances System, Management System- Material Instrumentation, Process, PERT/ CPM, Safety Management System (SIL, SIS, HAZOP, LOTO) with detail learning of residual and potential risk, etc.

Training Methodology - Training as per stick protocols of plant philosophy, O & M manuals and design based report in the form of PPT covered by case studies and videos for working professionals . After Training/Teaching activities there will be a test to know the understanding level of students.

Electrical - Electrical machines - 1 & 2, Circuit Theory, Control System - 1& 2.

E & TC - Circuit Theory & Network, Signal & System, Analog & Digital Electronics, Numerical Methods, Control System and Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation.

AEIE - Industrial Instrumentation, Sensors & Transducers, Process Control - 1& 2, Control Theory, Telemetry & Remote Control, Analytical Instrumentation, Computer Networking, Measurement, Power Plant Instrumentation, Optoelectronics & Fiber Optics.

Teaching Methodology - As per strict syllabus of AICTE / State Technical Universities pattern are followed . NIT/IIT level soft manuals & video lecture support, class test, F2F pep talk (online mode) from various experts from industry and academics. Diploma students will get few extra classes on - Higher Engineering Mathematics - Laplace, Fourier, Z-transform, Trigonometry to understand the derivation of various expression easily

Writing - Project Making, Exam paper solve, Semester Thesis writeup for Foreign / Indian students on online mode subjected to only - Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation.

F2F/ Advice for Project Support for Diploma / B.Tech Students - Arduino / Raspberry PI / IDE / Logic and sensor selection by datasheet.
