About Julia
Hi! I’m Julia, a certified elementary teacher who loves helping students grow in both confidence and academics. I currently teach 2nd grade and have experience working with students across multiple grade levels, learning styles, and abilities.
I know that every child learns differently, so I take the time to get to know each student and tailor lessons to fit their unique needs. My goal is to make learning engaging, encouraging, and even fun while helping students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom.
Whether your child needs extra support, homework help, enrichment, or just a confidence boost, I’m committed to creating a positive learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and celebrating their progress. Whether they need support with reading, writing, math, homework, test preparation, or building confidence in the classroom, I create engaging, personalized lessons that make learning approachable and enjoyable.
As a certified elementary teacher, I use research-based teaching strategies, hands-on activities when appropriate, and regular progress monitoring to help students grow academically while developing confidence in their abilities. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their successes.
