About Maelle

I am a Spanish teacher with 11 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies. My teaching focuses on helping learners speak Spanish with confidence and ease in real-life situations. I specialise in building conversational fluency for travellers and expats who want to use Spanish naturally. My lessons are designed to feel immersive, practical, and engaging from the very beginning.

I use cultural scenarios to help students understand how Spanish is used in everyday life across different countries. This includes topics like ordering food, asking for directions, shopping, and social conversations. Role play is a key part of my teaching method, allowing students to practise real interactions in a safe learning space. I also use travel simulations to prepare learners for airports, hotels, transportation, and local communication.

Multimedia resources such as audio clips, videos, and real-world dialogues are included to improve listening and comprehension skills. I focus on pronunciation, vocabulary building, and natural sentence formation. Grammar is taught in context so learners can use it confidently while speaking. About the lesson

My Spanish teaching approach is calm, structured, and focused on real communication. I help learners build strong foundations in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Spanish step by step. Students often practise journaling in Spanish to express thoughts, daily experiences, and personal reflections in simple language. I also teach emotional vocabulary so learners can clearly express feelings, needs, and opinions in natural Spanish. This helps build deeper communication beyond basic grammar.

For learners who want strong conversational ability, I design interactive speaking tasks and real-life dialogue practice. I support learners who are adjusting to new environments by teaching useful everyday phrases for travel, work, and social situations. My lessons also include pronunciation practice and listening exercises using slow and clear Spanish input.
