About Aidan
I am passionate about helping students enjoy the process of learning music. During my 19 years of teaching flute, I have worked with school and college students from different backgrounds and skill levels. My lessons combine clear explanations with practical exercises that build strong musical foundations.
Students learn breathing control, posture, finger movement, rhythm, scales, articulation, tone quality, and performance skills step by step. I encourage students to remain patient and celebrate every improvement.
Besides flute, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, music appreciation, and beginner improvisation. My mission is to help students become confident musicians who enjoy learning throughout their lives.

My teaching methodology focuses on helping students enjoy every step of learning the flute while building strong technical and musical skills. I teach through Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity because these values encourage lifelong learning.
Lessons cover breathing techniques, posture, finger coordination, note reading, rhythm, tone production, scales, articulation, dynamics, improvisation, musical interpretation, and performance skills. Every lesson is adjusted according to the student's individual needs.
Motivation encourages regular practice and self-confidence. Communication keeps lessons interactive and easy to understand. Integrity creates a supportive environment where honesty, patience, and respect guide every lesson.
Creativity makes learning enjoyable through rhythm games, favorite songs, ear training, listening practice, duet performances, improvisation, and concert preparation. Besides flute, I also teach music theory, recorder, beginner keyboard, sight reading, rhythm training, performance preparation, and basic composition to help students become well-rounded musicians.
