About Aayush

I am a FIDE rated chess player with a 2100 rating on Chess.com and 2300 on Lichess. I have competed in tournaments and have several years of practical competitive experience, which allows me to teach both theoretical concepts and real-game decision making.

Chess has been a serious discipline for me, not just a hobby. Through consistent training, tournament play, and deep game analysis, I have developed a strong understanding of tactics, positional play, and endgame technique.

I understand the challenges players face at different rating levels because I have personally progressed through those stages. This allows me to explain concepts clearly and practically, rather than just academically.

My focus as a coach is structured improvement, disciplined thinking, and building long-term chess strength.

About the lesson

My lessons are fully personalised based on your current rating, strengths, and weaknesses. Whether you are a complete beginner or an intermediate competitive player, I create a structured improvement plan designed for consistent rating growth.

Each session typically includes:

• Tactical training to sharpen calculation and pattern recognition
• Positional understanding and strategic planning
• Opening preparation tailored to your playing style
• Endgame fundamentals and practical techniques
• Detailed analysis of your recent games

For beginners, we focus on core principles, board vision, and avoiding common mistakes.
For intermediate players (1000–1800), we work on deeper calculation, positional play, and structured opening repertoires.

I emphasise practical decision-making, time management, and tournament mindset — not just theory.

My goal is simple: measurable improvement and long-term chess understanding.
