About Ella
Dancer and teacher of Oriental Dance for 10 years, I was trained by renowned teachers for many years. I teach Oriental Dance (groups and individuals) at home and by skype. I adapt my teaching to the level of each one with the aim of teaching this art while allowing each one to develop his self-confidence and his part of femininity. The idea of my classes is to progress but above all to blossom, let go of the pressure of everyday life and find yourself in a space in which we find ourselves and we spend without having the impression of playing sports.

I base my lessons on learning different steps of the oriental dance by studying corgraphies with the aim of being comfortable for the improvisation. We study combinations of movements that can be reused in other contexts allowing you to reproduce them at home, or even at dance evenings. The idea behind my classes is to maximize your confidence in you, your dance, your body through very feminine steps and combinations of easily achievable movements. Oriental dance varies movements between ripples, isolations and percussion and makes all the muscles of the body work.
