About Laura-May

After 9 years as HR Director of an international company, I decided to create my own company in order to give more meaning and impact to my daily life by supporting people and organizations who need it. During these 9 years I have created the entire HR department in France and internationally on the processes of recruitment, integration, training and skills development while focusing on knowledge beings of my employees and highlighting their unique skills. Within my structure, I support people looking for employment in their process as well as organizations seeking to structure their HR activity.
