I have danced for Jonas since 16 years ago, he is a real joy spreader who gets you started right away. The lessons always include a fun and good warm-up which then transitions to an inspiring choreography.
Several days later, I still feel so happy and strong.

I’ve danced with Jonas several times for the last couple of years and his dance lessons are by far my most preferable style of workout for me!
