About Nidhii

I am a dedicated and accomplished online/offline tutor with a passion for imparting legal knowledge and empowering aspiring lawyers. My journey in the field of law began when I graduated with first-class distinction in LLB from Dehradun Law College in 2016. Motivated by a thirst for deeper understanding and excellence, I pursued further education and completed my Masters in Law (LLM) from Bangalore CRM University, again achieving first-class distinction.

Before embarking on my academic pursuits, I gained invaluable practical experience by working with a prestigious law firm. During this time, I had the privilege of dealing with clients directly, which honed my communication skills and taught me to understand the intricacies of real-world legal challenges. Additionally, I had the opportunity to visit esteemed institutions such as the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, which further enriched my perspective on the legal system.

Throughout my career, I have primarily focused on Criminal Law and Litigation matters, allowing me to develop a comprehensive understanding of these critical areas of law. My expertise in these fields enables me to provide practical insights and guidance to law students, preparing them for success in their legal careers.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is student-centered, nurturing an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring challenging concepts. I believe in tailoring my tutoring style to accommodate individual learning preferences and adapting to each student's unique strengths and areas of improvement.

The 5 key aspects that I follow and I believe that would help my students become better who they are as follows:

1. Individualized Attention: Every indivdual is unique, with their own strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. I would strive to provide individualized attention to each student, understanding their specific needs and tailoring my teaching approach accordingly.

2. Building a Strong Foundation: The early sessions of the subject are crucial for establishing a solid foundation in core aspects of Law.

3. Encouraging Critical Thinking: Rather than promoting rote memorization, I would encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

4. Holistic Development: Academic excellence is essential, but I would also prioritize the holistic development of each student. This includes promoting creativity, encouraging participation in external activities like moot court , debates etc.

5. Positive Learning Environment: Creating a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere is key to a students's better learning and growth. I would foster a safe space where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, sharing their ideas, and making mistakes without fear of judgment.
