I'm a young teacher from germany that came to Australia in a gap year between bachelor and master. I studied art and english in uni, finished my english bachelor last March and am now looking for employment as and art, english or german teacher. I have experience in teaching through my studies and am highly motivated!

Positive reinforcement and error correction. I believe positive feedback is always more helpful than concentrating on the negative aspects. I learned this through my internship in a german high school, where it was impossible to work with 15 yo teenagers if there wasnt any positive feedback involved
